Career Training
WANDA sponsors a variety of training and education programs that prepare individuals for rewarding, future-ready careers in the automotive industry. The Automobile Dealer Education Institute (ADEI) offers a nationally recognized, hands-on training program that prepares the next generation of automotive technicians. Apprentices gain full-time, hands-on experience at local dealerships with support from program coordinators and shop mentors, while attending classes one day a week at training centers in Rockville, Camp Springs or Alexandria. In just two years, graduates earn the skills and certifications needed to become ASE certified master technicians.
Public Policy Education
Each year, WANADA hosts Public Policy Day at The Washington, D.C. Auto Show - an immersive event that brings the public and legislators face-to-face with the innovations transforming the automotive industry. Through direct interaction with manufacturers, industry experts, and the latest vehicle technology, policymakers gain valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the road ahead.
